The opportunity
Participation in international business functions transformation projects, including initiatives related to the design and implementation of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) model.
Your key responsibilities:
- Supporting large transformation / transition programs of EY clients as a core team member
- Planning, and co-managing knowledge transfer for various business processes, mostly related to Finance & Accounting and HR; playing a subject matter expert role
- Participating and coordinating client workshops
- Providing business analysis
- Supporting process optimization initiatives
- Participating in working capital improvement projects

Your background
- Master degree (preferably in business and economics fields)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in GBS environment (SSC or BPO)
- Experience in business functions transformation / optimization projects for international organizations including projects related to planning, design and migration to the SSC model (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of business processes incl. Finance & Accounting (AP, AR, GL), HR, Procurement
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge of German language (B2+)
- SAP and / or Oracle ERP environment knowledge
- Certificates and professional qualifications: PMP, LEAN/SixSigma, ACCA, CIME GBS etc
