Your role
Do you want to play a vital part in the design of our current and future banking technology? Do you have a good knowledge of Service-oriented operating models? Do you have experience of service architecture within large IT organizations?
We’re looking for an IT Service Architect to:
•develop capabilities, processes, data models and tools to enable the ongoing evolution of the organization to a services-based delivery model
•document service management processes and issue best practice documents and guidelines
•identify and recommend improvements & changes to processes, frameworks and tooling, and obtain approval and support for those.
•provide guidance to service owners in service strategy, service design and support their alignment to the service architectural principles and requirements
•communicate all aspects of service architecture (operating model, architecture principles, target state, standards and KPIs) to relevant stakeholders through active participation in service management awareness campaigns, townhalls and workshops
•work closely with the team to maintain the service portfolio as well as the linkage to the product portfolio.
Your team
Infrastructure & Security Engineering (ISE) is a global organization within Group Technology. ISE is building the next generation of technology services to host our business applications, significantly enhance our workplace productivity and enable our business to meet its strategic objectives.
As an IT Service Architect, you will be supporting the continued maturing of our Service Management capability by working together with CTO, Service Owners and other senior stakeholders as required to define, evolve and implement the strategy for Service Management within ISE.
Your expertise
•MSc degree in Information Technology or related field (computer science, computer information systems, etc.)
•Ideally 5+ years of experience including business analysis and story building, process design, and risk management in IT
•Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) practices and frameworks (such as ITIL)
•Proven track record in the architecture, design or implementation of large-scale technology projects in a global organization
•Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary databases and software, familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) is an advantage.
•Fluent in English, excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to partner with technical experts as well as senior business stakeholders and present complex concepts in a simple way.
•Successful management of complex and diverse tasks. Determination and enthusiasm to deliver results, while meeting key objectives and timelines
•Team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Personally well organized and able to keep focused on priorities.
