Project Manager

Responsibilities:

You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing projects and reporting to Key Stakeholders

• Train and lead staff

• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 

• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Role: 

• Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project and sprint's plan to track progress

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Coordinate internal resources

• Managing the production of the required deliverables

• Perform risk and change management

• Establish and maintain relationships with Product Owners and third parties or vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Profile: 

• Master's degree preferably in area of IT technologies

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager is a must

• Salesforce, MS Dynamics or other leading CRM platforms experience required

• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus

• Proven track record in delivering projects in International environment

• Demonstration experience in direct management of development team

• Practical knowledge of Scrum framework

• Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, AGILE PM)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English
