Accounts Payable Team Leader

What will you do?
As a Team Leader in Accounts Payable Department, you will be responsible mainly for:
- Supporting and/or participating in migration of business processes from European countries to SSC
- Leading the AP Team dedicated to English-language regions, own the learning and development of team members
- Owning and improving the AP processes
- Being the first point of escalation for AP related issues
- Being accountable for AP Operations/Targets/KPI’s within the assigned region
What we expect from you:
- Very good English & German
- At least 3 years’ experience in working for SSC or in the realization of consulting activities for this type of organization (AP preferred)
- Experience in managing AP teams in shared service center will be an asset
- Knowledge of SAP, other systems as an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively and very good interpersonal skills
