Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• At minimum 3 years of experience in GBS/SSC/BPO
• Understanding of Shared Services Centre or Business Process Outsourcing environment
• Good understanding of end-to-end process across at least one function such as Finance, IT, Procurement
• Experience in driving process optimization and standardization initiatives
• Practical experience in transition management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Practical project management experience
• Strong solution-oriented approach, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Excellent MS Office and presentations skills
• Mobility in Poland with some international travel might be required
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
