Project Manager Path

Who we’re looking for:

• Management students who are about to graduate or recent graduates of similar majors
• Working proficiency of English (minimum level: B2)
• High level of self organisation and responsibility
• Very welcome:understanding of project management methodologies, basics of Scrum/ Waterfall 
• Even more welcome:logical thinking and good understanding of cause-effect relations. 

Your future role:

• Supporting the project management Teams at implementations of eCommerce solutions (creation and development of entire sites and single functionalities/ features including Omnichannel solutions)
• Project work in Agile environments as well as those utilising a combination of different methodologies (e.g. Waterfall)
• Active participation in meetings with clients, preparation and presentation of materials and demonstration of solutions
• Participation in the implementation of global eCommerce projects
• Supporting Project Managers in their daily tasks.

eCommerce Developer Path

Who we’re looking for:

• Students who are about to graduate or recent graduates of technical majors,
• Familiarity with at least two of the following: Java, PHP, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Angular, React, GIT
• Good level of self organisation
• Working proficiency of English (minimum level: B2)
• Very welcome:understanding of Lean, Kanban and Waterfall; Polish language skills  
• Even more welcome:logical thinking and good understanding of cause-effect relations. 

Your future role:

• Supporting the Engineering Teams at developing various eCommerce projects (sites, enhancements and Omnichannel features) working across the system architecture, from backend to front end, to design and develop high quality scalable products
• Project work in Agile environments as well as those utilising a combination of different methodologies
• Participation in the implementation of global eCommerce projects
• Supporting Engineers in their daily tasks. 

Manual Tester Path

Who we’re looking for:

• Team players with good communication and problem solving skills as well as attention to details
• Flexible individuals with strong analytical thinking skills
• Working proficiency of English (minimum level: B2)
• Very welcome:additional languages (other than Polish and English), knowledge of conducting tests on mobile devices 
• Even more welcome:eagerness to develop in the direction of test automation, familiarity with any test management software 
• Any front-end coding experience will be a great advantage.

Your future role:

• Supporting the QA Team at testing various eCommerce projects (sites, enhancements and Omnichannel features) which entails analysis of requirements and creation of test scenarios, testing of web applications on computers and mobile devices and reporting of test results
• Cooperation with the QA Team, Engineers and Project Managers
• Participation in the implementation of global eCommerce projects
• Supporting Manual testers in their daily tasks.

Creative Designer Path

 Who we’re looking for:

• Students who are about to graduate or recent graduates of Graphic Design related majors
• Familiarity with Adobe CC (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good level of self organisation
• Working proficiency of English (minimum level: B2)

Your future role:

• Getadapted to graphic designer work environment,
• Learn the process of graphic asset production,
• Be involved in production of both static and animated assets,
• Take part in briefings with an international Client,
• Learn to work with client-specific design guidelines,
• Conduct QA for produced assets,
• Learn to work using client-specific project management tools.

Marketing Content Editor Path

Who we’re looking for:

• Students who are about to graduate or recent graduates of Information Technology or Marketing majors
• Passion for technology 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 
• Good level of self organisation
• Working proficiency of English (minimum level: B2) 
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL
• Very welcome:  JavaScript and basic CMS knowledge (Wordpress, Drupal, Magento), familiarity with any marketing automation tool (e.g. SF Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Pardot)
• Even more welcome: experience in e-mail marketing, basics of Agile, basic Photoshop skills 

Your future role:

• Supporting the Team at consulting and implementation of BI solutions to meet customers‘ needs in close cooperation with Salesforce and eCommerce Teams
• Active participation in meetings with clients, preparation and presentation of materials and demonstration of solutions
• Participation in the implementation of exciting international projects for top-shelf clients
• Real Agile approach
