IT Process Manager

Workplace: Warszawa

Become a member of the IT Department team addressing to the global IT Process Framework in Volkswagen Financial Services Group.

The IT Process Manager will be responsible for planning, modelling and implementation of IT processes (e.g. change and demand management) and will be supporting the Process Owners and Process Managers.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable professional with to take care of good relations with stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • You will own and further develop the global IT Process Framework in VWFS group
  • You will take responsibility for planning, analysis, modelling and implementation of IT Processes and their continuous development
  • You will be supporting the Process Owners and Process Managers in rolling out newly established Process Framework
  • Your role will ensure that processes & procedures are standardized, well documented and communicated
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders within IT organization to actively identify and improve existing process maturity
  • Together with Process Owners You will implement and tracking of process KPIs
  • You will work actively with Process Managers to identify process improvement and potential optimization
  • You will take part in defining IT Governance model in the organization
  • You will lead portfolio of IT process improvement initiatives and You will be responsible for driving solution implementation

You are a perfect candidate if you:

  • Have min. 2-3 years of experience on a similar position
  • Have min 5 years of IT Process Management experience in large enterprise organization
  • ITIL and COBIT certifications are welcome
  • Project Management and Quality improvement (Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen) experience will be beneficial
  • Have experience in international environment
  • Are self-confident and like to take responsibility
  • Have well-developed communication skills
  • Have strong inter-personal skills, with the ability to develop good relationships with stakeholders
