As a Product Manager you will continually work to understand the challenges the business faces, and will deliver change through technology teams. You will be responsible for Instrument Systems teams across UK, Krakow and Bangalore. Instrument Systems form a key part of our technology landscape at IG. The teams are responsible for ensuring the Instrument lifecycle is implemented to a high standard for all of the markets we offer, and that we continually have the highest quality static data for our Equities, Commodities, FX and Index Contracts. The successful will work very closely with the technology teams to ensure they have clear priorities, roadmap and vision for the domain.

• Proven ability to define and execute a product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Capability to understand commercial imperatives of how IG products work and the commercial models that underpin them
• Proven ability to go from strategic planning to delivery of both innovative initiatives and tactical activities that optimize business value
• Excellence at identifying cross program dependencies
• Bring awareness of emerging technologies and suppliers
• Experience working with Agile projects at scale, with several different streams and different stakeholders
• Ability to negotiate, inspire and support stakeholders
• Work alongside key stakeholders, including technology, commercial, marketing and operations
• Proven experience in positively Influencing suppliers
