Investor Relations Manager
Investor Relations Manager
Work place: Kraków

Responsibilities:
- managing equity research and investor relations,
- preparing IR materials, including reports, presentations, teasers, etc,
- analyzing investors' perceptions, analysts' positions and reports,
- responsible fo ESG reporting and quarterly reports review,
- managing investor conferences, roadshows, press releases and shareholder’s meetings etc.,
- managing communication with analysts and investors,
- working closely with the management team,
- conducting research, studying industry reports, benchmarking analysis,
- cooperating with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of professional experience in IR management, IR advisory, brokerage house etc.
- any professional qualification like CFA, Doradca Inwestycyjny, CIMA, etc will be a stong asset,
- excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills,
- fluency in English and Polish.
