The Strategy and Design Manager will proactively develop and enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across multiple functions to deliver consistent high-quality Talent Acquisition service to our key stakeholders. In addition to creating and deploying Talent Acquisition operational strategies to strengthen the organisation's capabilities to meet current and future business plans in the EMEA, APAC and US markets.
The TA Strategy and Design Manager will help grow BBH’s Talent Acquisition capabilities and ensure the firm’s alignment to industry best practices that drive efficiencies and client service. Success in this role is dependent on proactive partnerships with many colleagues including HR Business Partners, HRIT, Legal, Procurement, Compliance and Finance.
Ensure effective use of TA tools / resources / campaigns to attract diverse talent and achieve employer of choice status in the talent market
Work with the TA Partners, HRBPs, Hiring managers, and candidates to help understand client needs and make enhancements to our processes that drive an exceptional Client Experience - Candidate, Employee and Hiring Manager - through seamless TA delivery
Drive process and program management and improvement
Provide leadership, strategy and direction regarding optimization of the available recruiting tools (Workday, Temp MSP, LinkedIn, etc)
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with BBH hiring managers, HR business partners, and TA colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
Lead global Talent Acquisition Support Function, including oversight of all global processes.This includes maintaining documentation and procedures (i.e. TA Blueprint)
Lead the successful integration of TA Operations with a large global entity by integrating new technologies, designing new programs & processes, supporting key stakeholders and delivering positive onboarding candidate experience
Work collaboratively with external vendors and other areas of human resources to ensure client service levels are met and recruiting technology and process objectives are achieved
Perform data analysis, gather requirements, present business cases, design solutions, define performance metrics, write BRDs and drive implementation of approved solutions
Collaborate with legal/risk to determine and align requirements, control points and governance for projects and initiatives
Partner with the PMO office and HRIS teams to deliver on identified solutions and ensure accurate and timely updates about projects and initiatives.Identify and escalate risks to the TA Manager, as needed
Enable global and regional recruitment strategies by identifying, documenting, testing and implementing system improvements and product upgrades and provide on-going technical support to all end users
Manage, motivate and develop a regional team of geographically dispersed talent acquisition support administrators.Complete and oversee annual performance management process
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to direct reports to improve individual and team performance.Manage performance issues and disciplinary process for employees falling below performance expectations
Requires a BA/BS in Related Field. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.
10+ years of demonstrated progressive BA experience required.
5+ years demonstrated experience in TA preferred
Strong understanding/experience working with HR/TA Technology and tools.
Proven change management experience with Talent Acquisition focus required.

Knowledge of Full-cycle recruitment process required
Sense of urgency and prior experience working in fast paced environment
Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to project management
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) applications
Ability to work independently and employ sound decision-making skills.
Demonstrate the business and TA acumen necessary to develop and present data-based ideas and solutions in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
