In the Technology Solution Delivery team, you will deal with the transformation of business processes and technology platforms.
Your responsibilities
-
Organization and conduct of workshops with the Client on the identification of business requirements,
-
Analysis of system requirements,
-
Creating business and system documentation,
-
Cooperation with the project team (mainly Scrum teams) in order to ensure the highest quality of the manufactured product,
-
Support for tests of manufactured applications / systems,
-
Support for the Customer's applications and production systems.
Our requirements
-
3-8 years of experience in the implementation of IT projects in the area of system and business analysis based on m.in Guidewire, INSIS, EIS, Duck Creek, SAP, Oracle, Blackline and/or similar technologies,
-
Having Guidewire, INSIS, EIS, Duck Creek, SAP, Oracle, Blackline and/or similar certifications,
-
Experience in creating system analysis and solution architecture using UML and BPMN diagrams (experience in using Enterprise Architect is welcome),
-
Experience in designing new IT solutions using,
-
Experience in designing system interfaces,
-
Ability to visualize dependencies and connections between different elements of the system,
-
Experience with SQL, Azure, Jira, MS DevOps, Clubhouse, and/or similar,
-
Higher education in the field of computer science, Big Data, data analysis or similar,
-
Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is welcome).

Experience in the financial sector (insurance and banking),
-
Knowledge of insurance and banking processes,
-
Knowledge in the field of financial processes will be an additional advantage,
-
Experience in project work in agile methodologies.
