For our Client, one of the best Financial Institutions, I am currently looking for a Senior Pricing Manager, with outstanding attitude, bravery within the business and great knowledge of e-Commerce payments.

  • support development of pricing strategy and action roadmap aligned with revenue and growth goals, in e-commerce payments and adjacent products,
  • collaboration with leadership team and other business stakeholders,
  • lead data analysis, customer research and segmentation, as well as competitor benchmarking to inform pricing strategy and projects,
  • develop product packaging and optimal pricing models (B2B and B2C) considering customer needs and willingness-to-pay,
  • introduce and maintain pricing & discounting tools and methodologies to support Sales team,
  • explore innovative pricing approaches to disrupt and win the market in Poland and EU with the company in the middle of an exciting business transition.
  • enthusiasm for the e-commerce and payments industry,
  • 3-5 years of experience in Pricing and/or a background in consulting,
  • a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key business leaders across the teams,
  • a structured approach to planning and execution of projects in an agile organization,
  • experience in e-commerce or payments/FinTech/Consulting is an advantage,
  • fluency in English (min.C1).
