Responsibilities:
- day-to-day management of service delivery for key Clients (in case of deviations make proposals for necessary actions, implement and coordinate corrective actions, control results,
- developing, monitoring, and supervising the budget with reporting to the Clients,
- achieving targets by selling projects independently and supporting other team members,
- communication of client expectations to other departments,
- create action proposals for optimization processes,
- proactively develop services according to client needs,
- continuous monitoring of KPIs with regular reporting to the Clients,
- maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty,
- conducting market and competitive analysis,
- responding to client enquiries via mail, telephone and personal visits,
- representing the company and its values with Clients,
- responsible for proper communication and regular meetings with the Clients (quarterly meetings, monthly summaries, weekly summaries with ongoing updates),
- updating procedures and documentation regarding client processes,
- crisis management - acting as a single point of contact for the Clients.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience gained on similar position,
- at least 3 years of experience gained in Logistics,
- experience in the e-commerce industry would be an advantage,
- english language - min. level C1,
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
