Team Leader of Business Analysts Team

The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines:
International Operations Centre (IOC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.
Custody & clearing services offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring innovation within the team
- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of the tasks delivered by the team
- Planning the team’s trainings and reviewing the team skills matrix on a regular basis
- Implementing and maintaining a training program for the staff to keep a good level of functional and technical skills
- Developing the team members, conducting yearly and semi-annually appraisals
- Organizing and leading regular team meetings to share information
- Managing relationship with external staff's companies
- Ensuring that operational procedures are kept up-to-date
- Reporting on a weekly basis on team activity and action plan to FDS Head of Business Analysts and local Manager
- Ensuring the staff follow BNP Paribas Group's polices, standards and values
Requirements:
- Fluency in English as working language
- Leadership skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Fund Industry, and 1 year of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills & client focus
- Computer literacy in MS Office (very good knowledge of Excel)
- Dedication to quality and stress resilience
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- In-depth knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market would be an asset
- University degree in Finance, Economics or similar area
- Strong Project Management experience in business analysis or IT area
