What will you do?
As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle B2B or B2C relations with various stakeholders. Mainly, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service in an inbound customer/user contact environment
- Providing B2B/B2C Support services with emphasis on online advertising sector and social media
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction experience
What do we expect:
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in English (C1) and/or one of the following languages: Arabic, French, with good business communication skills
- Good grammar and typing accuracy skills
- Good knowledge of Social Media Environment
- Customer service or call center experience would be an asset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Openness to work on morning and evening shifts, including some weekends with individualized scheduling
