• Managing the team, processes, and operations of accounts receivables mainly cash collections for the EMEA Region across all client s business
• Ensuring that management of day to day collection operations, coordination of transactional activities to customer accounts, customer reconciliations and inquiries are completed in line with established metrics
• Reporting and presentation of performance against established metrics SLAs, KPI s, BOIs with required actions to drive results commitments
• Being the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for Collection and Disputes process for the client and Accenture leadership
• Building strong partnership relation with the client including client top leadership
• Driving standardization and improvement of the process, improving controls and performance, driving change management
• Managing team and build cooperative and efficient work environment
• Coaching and driving Team Leads and supervisors development

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Fluent English
• 7 years of OTC experience, including experience in cash collections
• 3 years in the OTC managerial position
• Experience in managing team of 30 people
• Knowledge of Credit Collection laws, bankruptcy processes and other collection practices
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, very good presentation skills
• Direct cooperation with the OTC top management on the client side
• Ability to work under a pressure, ability to manage escalations and to solve them quickly and effectively
• Resistance to stress and ability to navigate in a complex stakeholder environment
• Experience in managing transitions
• Excellent leadership skills including experience in managing cross cultural teams across locations
• MS Office mainly Excel skills are essential
