What will you do:
- Responsible for timely disputes management
- Correct processing of credit notes
- Handles day to day activities and refers the most delicate matters to supervisor
- Regularly reflects the status of disputes and deduction activities
What do we expect from you?
- 1 to 2 years of Business experience in OTC, preferably in disputes management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional business contact
- Very good English and Spanish
- Proactiveness, improvement driver, problem solver
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP
