This is the role

As an AR Trainee, you will be part of the team of 15 people AR team responsible for dunning, collection and customer queries. You will also collaborate with colleagues with other AR teams responsible for payment allocation and credit risk management. Your daily tasks may include:

• Dunning and Collection process
• Supporting to other team members
• Complying with internal policies, SLA and external legislation
• Participating in month-end closing related activities

This is what you offer

• Availability to work around 25 hours a week between 7am and 5pm
• Ongoing university studies preferably in German Philology, Business or Economics
• Advanced level of English and German
• User-level of MS Excel
• Possess analytical skills
• Team player willing to cooperate and learn
