Your role will be critical to achieving business growth targets whilst ensuring the demand plan makes the best commercial use of supply chain assets.

In addition to the core forecasting activities, you will support stock depletion along with various regional optimization projects. You will be working closely with multiple functions including but not exhaustive: Sales & Marketing, Supply Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Central Material Scheduling, Global Businesses, Global & Regional Key Account team.

Some Of Your Future Responsibilities Will Include

• Generate the 18-month unconstrained demand forecast for finished products at Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) level in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing and via statistical models and trend tools.

• Timely management of portfolio changes in the planning system.

• Active participation in production capacity assessment meetings.

• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to automate & improve demand signals contributing to customer satisfaction increase.

Experience & Qualifications required:

• Good analytical capabilities with a strong command of Excel.
• Proven record of results delivered in a physical and virtual environment.
• Evidence of effective communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Good presentation skills along with PowerPoint knowledge.
• Supply Chain planning experience.
• Experience with integrated SAP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Planning Tools (ex. SAP APO (Advanced Planning Optimizer) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VBA / Power Bi is an advantage.
• Fluent English (min. C1).
