As a HR Services Specialist, you will be a member of the Payroll team in the HR Services, responsible for delivering HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Participation in the process of annual salary review and annual incentive plan
• Providing regular and ad-hoc reports in the area of remuneration and benefits
• Preparation and updating of internal policies, regulations and procedures in the field of Compensation and Benefit (C&B)
• Delivering best in class Payroll Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees, overseeing accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and execute Payroll Services according to the defined Service Level Agreements
• Managing inputs to payroll via data uploads, interfaces and manual data entry, performing predefined checks and resolve possible issues; ensuring 4-eye checks and other payroll data controls
• Answering any payroll related enquiries from employees, handling standard / escalated tasks
• Supporting HR Team Leader in initiating process improvements

Your background

• Over 2 years of experience, especially with the experience of counting ASR/AIP for companies with over 1,000 employees
• Experience in payroll and polish labor law knowledge is a plus
• Previous experience in HR Shared Services for a global company is a strong plus
• Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Knowledge of the SAP HR software (especially reporting) is a strong plus
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High work organization
• A Master’s degree (preferably economic, HR)
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential employee information with discretion
• Ability to balance between different priorities in a rapidly changing environment; a strong sense of duty to carry projects through to completion
