The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines:
International Operations Centre (IOC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.
Custody & clearing services offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and executing our clients’ orders for all types of funds
- Controlling the validating all instructions received from the clients and reverting to them for any missing or incomplete information within a given time frame
- Entering orders into the system and completing the necessary documentation requested by internal sources
- Validating orders entered into the system
- Ensuring correct transmission of orders
- Repairing orders in case of anomalies or dispatching them to the dedicated team
- Escalating any special problems and events to management
- Responding to any query from internal or external sources in relation to the activity
Requirements:
- BA degree (Finance, Economics, Law, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of English (min B2)
- Prior experience in Fund Industry would be an advantage
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
