Responsibilities:
- cooperate with business partners, including supply chain, market controlling teams, and headquarters in Europe and US,
- support Senior Leadership business planning and strategic review meetings,
- coordinate business forecasts, actuals analysis, and report activities in one of the Company's divisions,
- prepare ad hoc analysis to support planning activities,
- seek and implement process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- min. 4 years of experience in controlling and financial management reporting,
- excellent Excel modeling skills,
- proficiency in English (B2+),
- strong analytical skills to identify business issues and propose solutions,
- excellent communication skills, self-motivated attitude.
