What will you do:

Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met

Monitors order management process and looks for potential improvements

Establishes and builds relationships with customers and internal Sales team

Manages regular collaboration calls and business reviews providing update on operational performance
-
Works with Inventory Management and Planning team to ensure optimal allocation of supply
-
Proactively escalates issues to the responsible stakeholders
-
Delivers trainings on tools and processes to customer
-
Ensures flawless execution of launch activities
-
Provides data driven inputs to process stakeholders
What do we expect from you?

Fluent in English and Spanish
-
MS Office skills: Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
-
Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
-
Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
-
Flexibility and availability to work under pressure
-
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
