What will you do?
- Manage, guide and support RTR Team and acts as an Escalation Point for the Team
- Operational reporting
- Manage day to day task allocation and Team performance KPIs, SLAs
- Act as main point of contact and decision maker for RTR processes
- Set long term goals for the Team development
What do we expect:
- Experience as Team Leader
- Fluent English and good command of German min. B2
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional business contact
- Transition experience
- Proactiveness, improvement driver, problem solver
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment, preferably SAP
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
