What will you do?

  • Coordinate a team of 3 people gathering via tools the feedback of the customers regarding Client products

  • Categorize feedbacks based on their characteristics and processing them further

  • Present to the Client on a weekly basis the feedbacks coming from different markets

  • Preparing weekly reports with the feedbacks and summary of current status

  • Cooperate with your team and other stakeholders

What do we expect?

  • Great communication skills

  • Attentiveness to details

  • English at least on C1 level

  • Experience in team coordination

  • Excel minimum at the intermediate level

  • Big data warehouse experience is an asset

  • Previous exposure to incident management would be an asset

  • Assertiveness

  • One additional language from the following ones is MANDATORY: German/ Spanish/ Italian/ Russian/ Korean/ Japanese
