
Senior Business Analyst IAM
Your responsibilities
-
Current state assessments of IAM processes and technologies
-
IAM capability maturity and benchmarking assessments
-
IAM data analytics
-
Preparation of IAM strategy and roadmap, including operational model and governance
-
Coordination and support for solution transition from a project to day-to-day operations
-
SOD management and other IAM compliance related activities
-
Development of professional documents in the form of reports, analysis and methodologies
-
IAM project and program management assistance
Our requirements
-
4+ years of practical experience in IT
-
Experience in one or more of the following:
-
role-based access control including design and development of user access roles;
-
analysis of Segregation of Duties
-
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment in the field of Active Directory (Azure AD and Windows Server 2012+)
-
IGA solution (e.g. SailPoint Suite, OneIdentity, Saviynt), PAM solution (e.g. CyberARK, FUDO, Walllix Bastion) or CIAM (e.g. Ping Identity, ForgeRock)
-
Experience in process definition, workflow design, and/or and process mapping
-
Knowledge of the most common procedures related to identity and access management,
-
Fluency in English

Certification by the industry or leading PROVIDERS of IT/Security solutions (Microsoft AZ-500, CyberARK)

Knowledge of concepts and solutions around the security of OT or IoT environments
-
Knowledge of systems for protection against malicious code or data leakage,
-
Knowledge of IT security management processes.

Strong presentation and communication skills
-
ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certification desired
