What will you do:

  • Contacting with customers via email/ phone

  • Resolving customer queries

  • Supporting O2C Team in daily activities

  • Cooperation between O2C teams

  • Analyzing overdue invoices

  • Preparing the reports, analysis, and presentations

  • Processing of sales orders

  • Taking part in process improvement projects

  • Working on a project together with other team members

Qualifications:

  • Student (preferred fields of Finance and Accounting, Economy, Philology or similar)

  • Availability to work min 20 hours per week

  • Fluent English

  • Very good (min. B2) Czech/Slovak

  • Availability to work full time after the internship will be an asset

  • Fast learner

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Willingness to work in an international team
