Your responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing and managing business projects in the area of Order to Cash Process domain

  • Leading assessments, analysis, design and implementation work specifically related to Order to Cash Process

  • Identifying and defining improvements related to the Order to Cash processes across Organizational, Procedural and Technological dimensions

  • Leading transformation engagements focused at implementation of defined improvements during projects

  • Leading implementation of digital tools within the Order to Cash process domain

  • Master skills in digital applications that are streamlining Order to Cash Process

  • Organizing and facilitating client facing meetings & workshops, ensuring comprehensive output

  • Undertaking project management and business change management activities

  • Engaging in Business development activities

  • Crafting and Developing Order to Cash-related offerings

  • Leading, mentoring, and providing guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring their continuous growth and promoting a collaborative work environment

Our requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in delivery of projects in a complex business and stakeholder environment, which requires a high degree of flexibility in problem solving (such as consulting firm or a large multinational corporation)

  • Preferred experience in business functions transformation / optimization projects for international organizations including projects related to planning, design or migration to the Shared Services Center / Business Process Outsourcing model, especially in the following:

  • Customer Service (in B2B environment)

  • Commercial Support (including Lead management, CPQ, Reporting)

  • Order Management (including order validation and fulfillment)

  • Invoice to Cash process (including billing, cash allocation management, collections, disputes resolution, treasury)

  • Working capital improvement

  • Solid project management experience, including design and execution of project plans, leading teams, managing project budgets

  • Experience in management and delivering work for stakeholders at VP / Executive / Cx level

  • Experience in conducting process assessments and in analyzing data and metrics to measure process performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Experience in designing end-to-end Customer Experience for Order to Cash process

  • Master degree (preferably in business / finance / economics / supply chain fields)

  • Strong proficiency in O2C related software such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other ERP / CRM systems. Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI can also be beneficial

  • Fluency in English, German would be beneficial

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong presentation skills, reflected in proven experience of presenting and discussing project outputs to senior project executives / sponsors

  • Flexibility to travel internationally

  • Preferably owning process improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma, Certified Process Professional) and Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince2)
