You will be working in the finance team in the Business Services (BS) organization, in the largest center located in Krakow, providing key support to the business, ensuring the accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. Reporting to Tax Delivery Manager you will provide key support to the business, applying relevant accounting techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues.

Your responsibilities

• Perform operational activities related to area of expertise, based on assignment of Delivery Manager and Tax Managers for E-mobility business
• Ensuring compliance in VAT, income tax (CIT), USGAAP tax provision, withholding tax (WHT) and others areas if applicable
• Facilitate continued connection and alignment with local teams, supporting the bridge between Tax Managers and FAO Tax operations
• Supporting new system implementation, process’ automations and process improvements
• Supporting the management with financial aspects of project funding and risk assessment, resolving problems and difficult issues
• Managing change effectively, involving new processes, new technology, new ways of working and digitalization
• Fostering knowledge sharing and supporting the development of more junior colleagues by acting as SME for the assigned area
• Actively contribute to and support tax transformation of E-mobility in coordination with other projects where required

Your background

• Previous experience in E-mobility business or with supporting activities run in Italy and in Netherland as a strong plus
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Tax area (preparing international tax declarations)
• Project Management experience as an asset
• Practical knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
• Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills and ERP experience as a must
• Excellent communication skills as well as team handling and delegation skills
• Experience in the transfer of tax processes from European countries to global shared service centers
• Knowledge of European tax law (direct and/ or indirect tax) combined with process orientation and attention to detail
• Proficient in business English, advanced knowledge of another European language as an asset
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle different initiatives concurrently, create learning atmosphere among team members and leverage networks within the organization
