Your future tasks:

• Jira and Confluence Administration
• Usage of Plugins and Integrations with Jira & Confluence
• Confluence/Jira project migration support
• Basic Scrum/SAFe knowledge
• Business Analysis and core consulting skills
• Provide technical support to end users on JIRA, related Atlassian tools and integrations for a large scaled agile implementation.
• Implement configuration changes in line with portfolio policies and standards.
• As a senior technical JIRA admin consultant, ability to demonstrate technical leadership in supporting users and expanding tooling solutions
• Support users with day-to-day administration like automated and bulk updates, data migration activities, etc.
• Support integration into other tools, working closely with the Architect, Solution and Portfolio leadership.
• Effective utilization of change, incident and problem management process knowledge.
• Ensure timely response to users and help in increasing the efficiency of tools.
• Effective communication with team and leadership on all the activities during implementation, support and related idea generation process.
• Added responsibilities while we grow the tooling landscape, scale, adoption and maturity of processes.

Our Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands on experience in Atlassian JIRA (integration, customization and administration) for large scale projects. Experience with SAFe projects would be highly beneficial.
• Working as part of the Jira technical team dedicated to provide technical support to end users and implement configuration changes in line with portfolio policies and standards.
• Experience working as a Jira admin and be able to support users with automated and bulk updates, data migration activities and support integration into other tools, working closely with the Architect, Solution and Portfolio leadership.
