As part of the HR Transformation Program, the to-be processes of ABB HR must be mapped out to include the changes in design brought by the implementation of Workday (E2E Process Mapping project). For this activity we are looking for a Global Mobility Process Lead who can support process design. Secondary to this role is the responsibility to support the governance and deliverables tracking of the E2E Process Mapping project. This project role is limited until August of 2025. A permanent assignment in the post-project support team will be assessed in due course.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting the end-to-end design of ABB’s Global Workday solution for given processes within the Functional workstream under the leadership of the Workstream Leading and cooperation with a Workday functional consultant and SMEs
• Partner with HRTP streamlines as well as Global Mobility Team to complete testing for GM processes
• Coordinating with GM TL and GMS and partially with Vendors on timely completion of Integration builds and participation in Unit testing with Vendor
• Preparing guidance documentation associated with Workday Business Process for Global Mobility and lead demos and trainings sessions on the dashboards as needed
• Working closely with GSLL and Global Mobility teams on executing project action plan
• Ensuring follow-up actions after the workshops are closed and process maps are approved
• Participating in project meetings and workshops and preparing accurate summaries
• Driving of the assigned project tasks with independence, accuracy and speed, and addressing any blockers and/or problems representing risk for the project timeline
• Partnering with GSLL and Process Lead to drive consistency of Processes

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration or other relevant field
• Experience in a HR Shared Services environment for a global company
• Knowledge of Workday and/or AssignmentPro and/or Adonis would be highly favorable
• Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions, and cultures
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
• Detail- and solutions-oriented approach
• Logical thinking and ability to understand in depth operational HR processes
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills

• Structured thinking and strong communication skills to drive the change towards a common plan and timelines

• Excellent proficiency in English, MS Office, digital collaboration tools/platforms
