We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Cash Processing to join our AIS Investor Services team. This role is located in Wroclaw- HYBRID

Department/Team overview                                                                            

The Shareholder Services team respond to requests and queries from mutual clients which are received via phone, email, or written postal enquiry. Escalate errors as and when appropriate. The team are responsible for maintaining and ensuring that we meet our agreed KPIs with our clients. We are responsible for providing a fast, efficient, accurate service with a limited number of handoffs to ensure the shareholder needs are met and aligned with Client expectations and regulatory requirements.

As our team supports processes for investors across the globe, our working hours may vary, and we appreciate your flexibility.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Receipt and Processing of fund orders including interaction and reporting to Management Companies, Trustees, External Clients within all service level agreements.
  • Review trade requests for proper legal requirements prior to inputting the trades into the record keeping system
  • Process various financial and non-financial requests within required timeliness
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services and specific knowledge of legislation and regulations
  • Ensure that all functions are monitored and regulatory requirements are adhered to
  • Escalation of any issues or queries to the Manager
  • May review and check work of other Client Processing Support staff and help resolve escalated issues
  • Support and embrace company values
  • Suggest improvements to controls, procedures and systems in the area on an ongoing basis.
  • Any additional tasks or project work assigned to you by the Manager.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in Banking Operations or Transfer Agency (will be an advantage)   
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions  
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines  
  • Ability to communicate transparently and professionally with internal/external stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
  • Quick to develop new skills and a pro-active approach to learning and training.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German is essential for this role.
  • very good command of English required.
