We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Change Management I to join our team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Participate in / lead transformation current / future state transformation projects and technology delivery projects that are complex, strategic, and critical to our global department’s long term strategy 

  • Translate business strategy into an executable program of delivery and provide leadership of workstreams and projects within major programs and/or stand-alone projects.
  • Fulfill program governance requirements including stakeholder reporting, steering forum management, and administration of key program documents.
  • Manage the production of the full range of program and project management artifacts, charters, requirements, implementation timelines, testing strategies user adoption plans, and change management.
  • Coordination with other Second Line and enterprise-wide programs/projects and partner with sponsor and stakeholders across the firm (Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Front Office) to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Experience in Treasury and/or Capital markets with exposure to risk management and trading processes (front-to-back) with an understanding of middle office functions, risk metrics 
  • 3 + years of total work experience in Project Management that complements strong quantitative skills. 
  • Candidates with risk consulting background or tenure in the risk and compliance department of an institutional bank strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), relationship, and interpersonal skills; ability to formulate recommendations, influence outcomes, and work across teams, effectively challenge peers and teams
  • Ability to learn in a fast paced, highly complex environment to gain business knowledge
  • Project Management Professional PMP certification. Prince2 certification LEAN, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile / Scrum experiences preferred
  • Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, securities, financial products and/or the finance industry preferred.
