As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be a vital member of the HR Services team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering Human Resource operational services in the area of Employee Life Cycle in a way that outstanding HR delivery and Customers Experience is provided to HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees in Bulgaria and Romania. Full time position.

 

This position reports to

HR Team Lead

Your responsibilities

  • Own and drive Employee Lifecycle standard operational activities: onboarding, employment contracts, work certificates, offboarding.
  • Ensure that systems (SAP) and other databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy and provide reports where needed.
  • Manage employee data and serve as subject matter expert on processes and policies and communicate those where needed to HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees.
  • Work on process excellence within own area of responsibility and recommend process improvements, supporting implementation of the improvements.
  • Support cross collaboration within HR Operations Front Office, HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partner) and promote synergies

Your background

  • Earlier experience in similar role in a shared services environment is preferred
  • Knowledge in HRIS (SAP, Workday) and MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude
  • Process oriented, self-organized and detail oriented
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian
