Requirements:

• higher technical education in materials engineering, plastics processing, chemical or related fields,
• minimum 3 years of managerial experience, overseeing engineering teams,
• knowledge of the composite production industry, including the production, of moulds and hooves for laminate production,
• excellent command of English for effective communication,
• practical knowledge of composite technology and production methods,
• knowledge of preparing drawings and tools,
• knowledge of lean management principles,
• independence in performing assigned tasks,
• strong planning and organizational skills,
• ability to work both independently and in a team,
• availability, responsibility, commitment, and a dynamic approach to work,
• leadership skills and the ability to develop employee potential.

Responsibilities:

• lead a team of composite engineers, supporting their development and achievements,
• control yacht production processes, focusing on composite structure and the use of glass and carbon fibres,
• supervise production following composite technology requirements and maintain technological conditions,
• prepare plans and oversee vacuum infusion processes,
• optimize production processes to enhance efficiency,
• select, test, and implement new composite materials, including resins, fibres, and adhesives,
• develop plans and methodologies for composite structure repair,
• address ongoing production challenges and find solutions,
• develop guidelines, manuals, and technical documentation,
• prepare Bills of Materials (BoMs) based on technical documentation,
• collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
