We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service Representative II to join our Corporate Trust EMEA Client Services team. This role is located in Wrocław, - hybrid model. 

This role is part of a team supporting onshore client service Mangers in Corporate Trust providing trustee and agency services to the capital Markets. With a focus on conventional debt and structured finance to teams based in the Milan.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Responds to client questions on BNY Mellon product features and provides technical assistance for the most complex issues that have been escalated.
  • Independently assists clients by responding to complex phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures.
  • Perform functional based activity which supports onshore servicing of the clients, such as receivables, ticklers, control reporting and project related activity.
  • Investigates errors in client accounts and statements.
  • Acts as the point of contact for the Italy Client Service Managers and is a point of escalation for issues and complex situations.
  • Monitor receipt and disbursement of funds through to settlement.
  • Handling Audit and Compliance Queries.
  • Liaison with internal support areas such as Bond Operations, Custody Operations, Cash Operations, Asset.
  • Perform onboarding and termination functions that ensure a strong control environment.
  • Supervises the end-to-end deliverables and overall service quality.
  • Works in close collaboration with internal teams, building relationships.
  • Regular communication with external parties, including but not limited to, the portfolio manager, loan agents, trading counterparties, auditors, rating agencies

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Strong PCskills (including Microsoft® Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluent spoken and writtenEnglishlanguage skills,
  • Ability towithstandwork pressureand deliverwith speedand accuracy
  • Adaptability (ability tomodify approach assituationschange,and to easily accept changesto own organization or job requirements)
  • Analytical Skills (possess datainterpretation and basic Excelknowledge)
  • Italian language is an advantage.
  • Financial instruments knowledge (bonds, loans) is an additional asset.
