We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing with German to join our AS Client Processing team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland- HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Respond to client queries via telephone, email, written enquiry or web chat in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Maintain data in the TA platforms/systems.
  • Prepare/Check reporting to Clients and investors through the appropriate and dedicated TA platform.
  • Dealing with escalations in the form of email queries which are received either from the client or internally to ensure they are acted upon in a timely manner.
  • Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.
  • Familiarising with team procedures as and when they come up for update.
  • Contribute to the achievement of related teams’ objectives.
  • Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
  • Provides analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
  • Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
  • Be accountable for your actions.
  • Assesses needs and suggests/promotes alternative approaches to service models.
  • Participates in straightforward product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to process high value transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Solves problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
  • Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to internal or external client response.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of total work experience, in contact centre or client service preferred. 
  • Experience in banking operations processing will be an asset.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.  
  • Quick to develop new skills and a pro-active approach to learning and training.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German is essential for this role.
  • very good command of English required.
