We’re seeking future Vice President, Investor Services Operations Manager I for our Global Transfer Agency Team in Poland, Wroclaw. HYBRID 

Transfer Agency Correspondence Team responds to written customer service inquiries, requests received with incomplete information or documentation and complaints.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Manage the activities of a high volume, fast-paced Control/Reconciliation department
  • Daily responsibilities include review and approval of Fund group settlement, ensure all deadlines are met and any variances are immediately resolved.
  • Review daily DDA reconciliation and follow up on exception items, with a focus on eliminating liability.  Emphasis must be placed on reducing any aged exception items and avoiding any associated gain/loss.
  • Mange and provide leadership to staff.  Plan, allocate and monitor workflow to ensure critical accountabilities are met.  Interview, hire and retain staff. Develop objectives and perform annual reviews for each staff member.  Provide feedback to staff members and address performance/discipline issues when necessary.
  • Approve manual checks, wires, adjustment processing.  Approve processing related to incoming wires.  
  • Interact with the client, systems groups, and multiple operations groups as well as Fund Accounting and Custodian.
  • Responsible for meeting client expectations and improving client satisfaction
  • Continually investigate, recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in and/or manage projects

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience as a Deputy Team Leader (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience in Transfer Agency Operations/Mutual Fund Control preferred
