Requirements:

• min. 2 years experience working in HR function,
• fluent English and Polish (min. C1) both written and verbal,
• focus on results and solution-driven approach to work,
• ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks and get things done,
• strong interpersonal and communication skills (active listening),
• up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• the first point of contact in day-to-day HR topics and guide associates through HR processes,
• responsible for local L&D initiatives,
• summarize satisfaction survey results and support Team Leaders and Project Managers in projects,
• support Senior HRBP in Performance Management Process,
• support Team Leaders and Project Managers in organizing team initiatives,
• liaise with internal partners.
