YOUR TASKS
- Implements effective Talent Management strategies to attract, retain and develop a strong Talent pool aligned to business growth ambitions.
- Defines training needs, developed, and delivered by assigned partners.
- Develops strategic learning direction [reskilling / upskilling] for own Tower, ensuring learning is aligned to business objectives and growth targets.
- Supports Business Development through specific inputs to solutioning / bid teams for RFPs / bids, participation in client orals, etc. and more generally in developing key marketing collateral.
- Develop and review end to end process performance and provide ongoing governance for process adoption.
- Develop and operationalize applicable reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of end-to-end process using external benchmarking as appropriate to compare with best-in-class performers.
- Identify gaps between the global and regional process with a clear plan to close the gaps while giving provisions for legal and regulatory allowed variances.
- Make key decisions aligned with the HR strategy related to the process, including target setting, process performance, and financial management.
- Identify opportunities to pursue with an emphasis on reducing process costs, improving efficiency, enhancing user experience, and maximizing investment returns.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in managing projects within an HR setting, with a strong background in designing, optimizing, and transforming HR processes.
- Strategic thinker who can see the broader context, considering emerging trends, disruptions, and market demands on services.
- Highly innovative, able to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and drive forward new ideas.
- Leads process transformation initiatives and fosters a culture focused on process orientation. Monitors process performance and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Champions continuous improvement and automation of the HR process to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring successful implementation and change management – experienced in project implementation and management.
- Fluent in English, with strong presentation, moderation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
