Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SAAS solutions based on requirements that include recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.

This role is contributing to the Digital Lab Team Leader in Kraków, Poland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Developing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) through working in Agile teams
• Working with finance and business teams to gather and analyze requirements, coming up with effective solutions based on available options
• Providing business application analysis and data modelling design to collect, standardize, maintain, monitor and audit business data for effective centralized data warehouse
• Creating interactive dashboards and reports through Power BI and other BI tools
• Supporting acceptance, governance, resource management and performance of the Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) applications
• Developing and maintaining processes of automated data and using various business intelligence reporting tools to create dashboards
• Providing coaching and training support for finance teams and business units for faster adoption of Power BI reports
• Working in cross-functional agile scrum teams to deliver visualization dashboards You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• You are engaged in working in teams, pay attention to deadlines and you work well with time pressure
• You enjoy working with SAP and Excel
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence area, of which at least 3 years are in developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Previous experience in working with multiple data source and working with import mode, direct query and composite models, building advanced data models and optimizing existing ones, data visualization concepts, such as designing dashboards (wireframing) and developing reports is crucial
• Possess expertise in writing and optimizing DAX queries and using advanced-level calculation on data set, PBI dashboard performance tuning, RLS in PBI, Power query scripting in PBI and SQL basic scripting knowledge, PBI services, access management and gateway setups
• Understanding data integration (data mining, data preparation, validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures), experience with SAP BW, SharePoint as data sources is an advantage
• Agile experience, using DAX studio and tabular editor is nice to have
• Degree in Master Degree in Finance, Economics and/or Business Administration
• You are at ease communicating in English
• You hold current work permit/VISA valid in Poland
