Your role and responsibilities as a P2P Capability Lead
Paid on Time Focus Team task force, you will be working in the Business Services (BS) organization, in the largest center located in Krakow. Manage people, process & systems effectively, interacting closely with Divisions, adhering to service levels in a qualitative manner. Process expertise, proactive communication & a root cause, remedials approach to KPIs are factors giving a purpose to the role.

This role is contributing to the {insert product group/business area/division/function} in {insert region}. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading a P2P Paid On Time Focus Team
- Fully managing human resource planning, selection, development, coaching, periodic performance review of team members and creating learning atmosphere among team members
- Hands on with KPIs, well oriented to root cause & remedials to fulfil KPIs, ability to drive quality in the area of work
- Evolving as a trusted service delivery team in COE, fulfilling business needs.
- Seeking opportunities in collaboration with Finance IS to use affordable technology to improve the effectiveness of the task (e.g. Celonis action flow, automated mailing tool)
- Deep diving into root causes collected via process mining or SNOW data analytics
- Collaborating with business and/or supplier to improve the process and aligning with the Global Hub
- Using (and propose if needed) supporting performance indicators (PIs) that helps to the right focus on improvements measures.
- Using the right level of escalations if local issues are ignored, first locally and then globally
- Being the escalation point for POT Focus Teams, that have close interactions with Divisions and implement a mechanism to receive & action feedback from Divisions & Vendors
Qualifications for the role:
- You are highly skilled in operational P2P processes and enjoy working with technological platforms such as SAP, Readsoft, Basware, and have exposure to CFIN process flows.
- You have 6 to 8 years of experience in operational P2P, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Readsoft, Basware, and other relevant platforms.
- You are passionate about identifying and solving issues collaboratively and have excellent communication, team handling, and delegation skills.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
- You are innovative around stakeholder management with a collaborative and conflict-resolving approach.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle different initiatives concurrently, create a learning atmosphere among team members, and leverage networks within the organization.
