YOUR ROLE
As L&D Junior Manager you will manage coordination of training calendar and learning programs in Capgemini globally, manage logistics and work with stakeholders at all business levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Also, you will manage a small team.
YOUR TASKS
- Be responsible for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end training management,
- Work with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments to meet contractual thresholds,
- Maintain day-to-day L&D administration of implemented contracts (reporting, resolving minor issues, re-directing queries to proper sources, etc.),
- Handle regular communication with stakeholders and build relationship with them for the future delivery,
- Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency,
- Develop, mentor, and coach Junior Learning Admin.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least Bachelor’s degree,
- Proven project & stakeholder management skills applied in a business/corporate environment,
- Previous team management experience,
- Problem-solving and business acumen skills,
- Strong analytical skills for the reporting,
- Very good verbal and written English communication skills,
- Ideally previous experience in HR area.
