Requirements:

• master's degree (finance, economy, accounting),
• min. 5 years of experience in a similar position, 
• very good command in English, 
• high level of analitical skills, 
• daily usage of MS Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems,
• very good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• preparation of annual budget and Business Plans, monthly and quarterly forecasts and deviation analysis,
• support the month end close process to ensure timely completion of accurate monthly financial statements,
• preparation of periodic financial reports and analyzes for the needs of the Group,
• presentation of financial results at the Plant and Division levels,
• ongoing control of the Company's cost structure and their allocation in accordance with the company's policy,
• analysis of key financial indicators and recommendations for further actions,
• improving reporting tools, modification and implementation of improvements,
• cooperation with external auditors,
• preparation of data for audit purposes (audit of financial statements, internal control, KSSE, tax and subsidy expenditure),
• preparation of reports on fixed assets according to the requirements of the Group,
• preparation of descriptions of procedures and working instructions,
• supervision of the account reconciliation process,
• performing and documenting assigned internal controls,
• ensuring the appropriate level of knowledge through self-study and participation in training courses organized by group or external companies,
• supervision over the process of implementing new savings initiatives and linking them with the reduction of production costs,
• managing the controlling team,
• cooperation with local manager.
