YOUR TASKS

• Manage a team of collection specialists.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to agreed collection policies.
• Achieve cash collection and aging targets for receivables.
• Act as the first point of escalation for credit controllers.
• Lead process redesign to ensure improvements in the customer context.
   

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in a Finance & Accounting role (Collections), including team management.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries and escalations.
• Excellent negotiation skills that deliver the desired result
• Education background in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics appreciated.
• Very good analytical skills, able to prepare complex analysis and reporting.
