Requirements
- a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,
- minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable,
- good understanding of accounting principles and processes,
- strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines,
- good English skills (minimum B2 level),
- teamwork and communication skills,
- openness to process improvements and use of IT tools.
Responsibilities
- ensure all accounting postings, reconciliations, and clearings are completed accurately and on time,
- review and analyze balance sheet accounts and financial data in line with internal guidelines,
- stay updated on changes in financial regulations and group policies,
- support the preparation and updating of internal process documentation,
- identify areas where manual work can be reduced through IT tools and automation,
- share suggestions for improving daily accounting routines and support implementation of new IT solutions.
