Requirements

  • 2 years of professional experience in a similar position,
  • advanced proficiency in Excel,
  • familiarity with SAP software,
  • proficient in English,
  • knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus,
  • strong analytical skills and basic financial knowledge,
  • good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
  • openness to learning, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
  • ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • provide responsive and efficient support to external stakeholders by addressing inquiries when possible, or by allocating and following up on relevant tickets,
  • gain expertise in the tool, track workflows in the system, and provide timely responses to internal queries,
  • specialize in the procurement processes and requirements of specific countries or products, tailoring support services to meet the unique needs and regulations of each country or business unit,
  • oversee and optimize P2P workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with company processes, while collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall effectiveness,
  • ensure adherence to company policies by executing, monitoring, and reporting any non-compliance to relevant stakeholders,
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance overall efficiency.
