THE WORK:
- Engage with your teammates to assist them with any inquiries related to the Digital advertising platform on support they are providing
- Interact with Client and or Accenture management
- Your decisions will impact your own work and may impact the work of others
- You would be an individual contributor and or oversee a small work effort and or team
- You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
- Educate your peers on advertising policies and guidelines, ensuring that they meet the required standards and comply with the Clientand#39;s policies
- Address any performance-related concerns and provide guidance to improve
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
- Provide guidance on interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize their advertising strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advertising platform updates, and best practices to enhance your knowledge and improve support capabilities.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing excellent support and understanding their specific needs.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Fluency in German language (B2 required) and in English (min. B2 level required).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make informed recommendations
- Thoroughness and accuracy in their work, ensuring the integrity and reliability of information
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented
