YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented Communication and Marketing Manager to support Financial Services in communication with Clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and enhancing our brand's presence across various channels. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles. Additionally, the candidate will leverage Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to amplify the impact of marketing campaigns and optimize communication strategies.

YOUR TASKS

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Capgemini Poland, Financial Services.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, internal communication and other marketing and communication channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for competitive communication impact.
• Leverage GenAI technologies to create tailored marketing content and improve client interaction and communication impact.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, enhancing targeting and engagement strategies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in marketing and sales communication.
• Storytelling in business, IT Consulting/Software/Digital Transformation and Financial Services (Banks, Insurers, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with GenAI technologies and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Polish and English).
