YOUR TASKS
- Functional requirements and technical requirements elicitation
- Business/Functional Analysis
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing
- Creation of Project documentation - requirements and specifications.
- Communication with English speaking project stakeholders on customer side
- Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution being proposed
- Be ready to perform Product Owner proxy responsibilities. (requirements clarification, creation and refinement, grooming facilitation)
- Develop business cases, requirements, use cases
- Post-Implementation support
- Propose recommendations based on industry best practices
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: University degree in computer science, Information Systems or similar
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst (marketing and sales is a huge plus)
- Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and support
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices (ideally BABOK)
- Knowledge of requirements lifecycle
- Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
- Knowledge and experience in the software development methodologies (preferably Agile)
- Understanding of modern WEB technologies
- Experience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.
- Advanced communication verbal and written skills
- English: Upper-intermediate and higher
- QA background will be a big plus
